Rules

Our holiday apartment/house is meant to be your home away from home. We want you to feel comfortable and relaxed. We have taken great care in furnishing the space and hope you will find everything you need. The following house rules are intended to help ensure a pleasant stay. We also list a few rules we kindly ask you to follow. By treating the property with care, you help us continue offering a welcoming place to you and other guests in the future.

General
If you are missing anything in the apartment or need assistance, please feel free to contact us. All items in the holiday apartment/house, on the balcony or terrace, or otherwise belonging to the property, may and should be used by guests. Please treat the furnishings and inventory with care and ensure that all fellow travelers also respect the rental terms.

Kitchen
Please handle the kitchen appliances and equipment with care. As a clean kitchen is appreciated by everyone, please only place clean and dry dishes, pots, and cutlery back in the cupboards. Do not place hot pots or other hot items on the tables or countertops without using a trivet. Always use a cutting board when using knives. Please leave the oven and microwave clean after use.

Damages
No one intentionally causes damage, but accidents can happen. If anything is damaged, please let us know right away rather than waiting until after departure. Guests are liable for damages to the extent of the replacement cost.

Ventilation
To prevent mold, please ventilate the rooms adequately — at least once a day for 5–10 minutes and especially after showering.

Duty of Care
We ask our guests to treat the rental property with care and ensure that all fellow travelers and relatives comply with the rental terms. Please keep the front door closed at all times and locked with a key when leaving the house. All windows must also be closed when leaving the apartment to avoid potential damage from weather or burglary. Please use water and electricity responsibly.

Waste Disposal
Waste is to be separated into residual waste, glass, paper, and packaging (with the green dot). Appropriate containers are provided on the property. Download at http://www.ferienwohnungen.de/download/hausordnung.pdf. Please only use bin liners in bathroom trash bins and dispose of them sealed in the residual waste bin. Do not dispose of waste, food scraps, harmful liquids, or similar substances in the kitchen sink, toilets, washbasins, or shower! Avoid anything that may clog the pipes (e.g. no hygiene products in the toilet).

Cleaning
If you accidentally cause a mess (e.g. heavy dirt, spills on the floor or countertops), please clean it up immediately. Upon departure, we ask that you leave the apartment swept clean and return all used dishes clean to the cupboards.

Quiet Hours
To maintain good neighborly relations, we ask that you respect public quiet hours such as midday, night, and Sunday rest. Out of consideration, please keep noise to a minimum inside the apartment between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

Internet/WiFi
The holiday apartment/house offers wireless internet access (WiFi) for a one-time fee. Please ask us for the access code. You may use the internet with your own WiFi-enabled devices (laptop, tablet, smartphone, etc.) free of charge. Internet usage is at your own risk, and the landlord is not liable for any usage-related issues. Please also refer to the WiFi usage policy. We kindly ask for your signature to confirm understanding and prevent misuse.

Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment/house. Please step outside to smoke. Dispose of completely cooled cigarette butts in the appropriate bin.

Pets
Pets are not allowed. Bringing pets is only permitted upon prior agreement with the landlord.

Parking
You may park directly in front of or next to the holiday apartment/house. Additional public parking spaces are located nearby. If a parking space is provided, this does not constitute a safekeeping contract. The landlord is not liable for any loss or damage to vehicles or contents unless caused intentionally or by gross negligence.

House Access
In the case of urgent repairs, it may be necessary for the landlord to enter the apartment without the guest’s knowledge. Download at http://www.ferienwohnungen.de/download/hausordnung.pdf

Keys
Please do not hand over the keys to anyone. Lost keys must be reported immediately. Guests are liable for the cost of replacement.

Liability
The landlord is not liable for the guest’s valuables.

Arrival and Departure
Arrival time is arranged individually. On departure day, we kindly ask guests to vacate the apartment/house by 11:00 a.m. at the latest. Please leave the apartment/house in the condition you found it upon arrival. By booking the apartment, we assume you accept these house rules.
